Several scholars from the institute participated in the Autumn School on Topos and Applications, organized by Wuhan University (China) in collaboration with the Sino-French Center for Mathematics, from 23 to 28 September 2025.Prof. Olivia Caramello, Coordinator of the Centre for Topos Theory and its Applications (CTTA), gave a course during the school called “Introduction to the Theory of Relative Toposes”.

The Institute received a very special gift from artist Dominique Lepetz, a former student of Alexander Grothendieck at the University of Montpellier: a collage featuring an original manuscript by Grothendieck at its centre, surrounded by fragments of mathematical texts by Alain Connes, Laurent Lafforgue and Olivia Caramello.
