This theory provides extremely powerful tools for analysing toposes in a dynamic and flexible way, allowing the modelling of a wide variety of complex phenomena, articulated on multiple levels of structure and interaction.The programme also saw the participation of Laurent Lafforgue, member of the Institute\u2019s Scientific Council, and Bruno Drieux and Gabriel Merlin, fellows of the Institute.The school, promoted by the Sino-French Centre for Mathematics, provided a unique opportunity for intellectual exchange between experts and young researchers, catalysing a vibrant dialogue on topos theory and its fascinating interdisciplinary applications."}
